We have a team of Support Coordinators to support you through your NDIS plan. We can assist you to understand your plan, find the right supports, and gather the right information/reports. Our team can help with plan reviews, sourcing appropriate housing, finding employment and education opportunities, access to community activities and sourcing the right in-home support. We also assist with organising home modifications and assistive technology. Whatever it is that you need, from simple help to complex situations – we can assist.
