Having relocated to Deniliquin in 2020, Cate is the Managing Director of i’ara NSW and a Senior Support Coordinator engaging participants across the Riverina. Cate has an extensive background in disability and mental health after studying a Bachelor of Psychology at Deakin University. Cate has spent over 10 years supporting families, youth and children, with an innate commitment to helping people achieve their goals. Cate believes that supporting individuals with a holistic person-centred approach will enable them to build strong pathways within their local community.

Maddi is the Founder of i’ara, Managing Director of i’ara Queensland and has been a senior consultant to Support Coordination and NDIS Housing Service Providers, for over 5 years. Maddi has built some of the largest Support Coordination networking groups in the country and developed the first-ever tenant matching technology for NDIS participants.

Maddi’s philosophy for GREAT Support Coordination is centred around impeccable client service experience. Receiving an NDIS Plan is a complex journey; a journey that is incredibly personal – and requires a caring and genuine helping hand.

Grant is a our specialist consultant to i’ara NSW and is our SDA housing go-to. Grant is the Managing Director of AAA SDA Pty Ltd, a registered supplier of Specialist Disability Accommodation with the NDIS. He is a qualified accountant with more than 40 years’ experience in business, banking and finance. Grant has held senior level roles with the Commercial Bank of Australia Limited and Allied Leasing Corporation. He has considerable expertise in the area of direct marketing, having owned and operated an international direct marketing business for more than 20 years.

With a Bachelor of Business (CPA) and Grant’s wealth of knowledge around SDA, he is an asset to i’ara NSW.
